Definition of CSR
The World Business Council for Sustainable Development in its publication "Making Good Business Sense" by Lord Holme and Richard Watts, used the following definition: "Corporate Social Responsibility is the continuing commitment by business to behave ethically and contribute to economic development while improving the quality of life of the workforce and their families as well as of the local community and society at large" (c.f. source-URL). CSR activities of AssetFair.eu The focusing on barter-techniques is a step toward a more sustainable life in the globalized world, because the money-less / money-saving trade forms give us an extended leeway to manage more effective our business activities. The bartering expects a higher level of awareness, namely the appraisal of the barter-objects is a quite difficult approach. The AssetFair.eu tries to support the estimation of the correct barter-values as well as general information services. AssetFair.eu CSR partners The partners of AssetFair.eu (providing content management services as part of the Barter-Journal of AssetFair.eu) will be preferred, if they have characteristic CSR-activities. The first appropriate level of CSR is the providing of online databases, because the fact-driven (awareness-oriented) decision making can not exist without adequate information.
